Yes, some begonias can take root if you put the leaves in substrate and keep them moist.

I believe these kind need part of the stem to be propagated, but it wouldn’t hurt to try

I was told that they needed more of the stem but I stuck mine and damp soil and they all rooted

I took that picture of him after the first time I cut his hair and didn't realize I got my feet in the picture and it's my favorite picture of him. With micky mouse ears. Lol

I put leaves just like this into water and they’re rooting!

They will likely root, but a bit of a warning, even if they root they might not grow any new leaves because they don’t have any stem. I’d say try it anyway, because I’ve had success I didn’t expect before, but just know that
