Watch the watering. Seems to be lacking oxygen. Could be also caused by fertilizer but I’m going to lean with the soil being too dense.

It’s in the potting mix that it came in. What would you recommend?

Repot with fresh potting soil that has perlite in it. These plants don’t like a lot of water. Use a slow release fertilizer to help perk back up

It looks like it needs a bigger pot. I repotted mine a few months ago and it has tripled in leaf production! And be sure it’s by an east facing window. ☺️
