Can anyone tell me what’s going on with my flaming Katy? \& should I clip off these bad leaves?

What is your watering schedule like? It looks like it is overwatered and possibly has root rot, but it may also be under watered.

It’s definitely overwatered. I just got one not too long ago and they’re a type of succulent so they don’t need much water like at all! I made the same mistake and had to repot mine.
