# Hello everyone, I was wondering if yall follow the watering…

Hello everyone, I was wondering if yall follow the watering instructions on this app? I have passion flower seeds I have been trying to grow, and the app only want me to list/ water every month or so. Soil feels super dry so I’m just curious.

Definitely not, just as a guide for remembering to check your plant. If you find you are needing to water sooner you could try setting up a custom water schedule to be reminded to check more frequently.

Like the other comment, I use it as a guide. I have a few plants I forget about and neglect so the alerts help me not forget but I am constantly pushing back the tasks.

I find myself snoozing the water alerts often, but like that it gets the plant on my radar. I always check soil before watering to see if it’s really needed!
