that’s a mushroom! harmless to your plant but could be a sign of overwatering

Fungus.. it's a common pop up in soil

Means your soil is healthy!! Bad for plants that need less water ofc, but perfection in tropicals!! Most common mushroom I've seen in pots is the leucocoprinus birnbaumii, no idea what this guy is bc ud have to look at the scales underneath for accurate ID.
