# Does this look like the stem is rotting? I’ve had this orchid for…

Does this look like the stem is rotting? I’ve had this orchid for almost a year with no issues until now. I had this plant it the window and the browning side was facing towards the window so is it just sunburnt or something? It doesn’t feel mushy or anything.

Looks Sun stressed to me! But could also have compromised roots if you use tap water
