It could also be a sign of under/over watering. Check on the dampness of your soil and root health.

Thanks, I didn’t realize! I repotted it a few months ago and the roots looked healthy - so I’m thinking it’s unfortunately mites (they’re elsewhere in the apartment) but this is good to know.
