What do I need to do for this spider plant?  
This baby has been with me since 2nd grade and he’s getting kinda droopy and less green looking :(

It might need more light and monthly fertilizer in the growing season. About 12 hours a day under a grow light should help.

Also, check the root system for rot and root volume compared to the pot. The pot may be too big for it, i.e., the plant is putting energy into roots and not leaves.

Also, let the soil completely dry between waterings. The thick roots of spider plants can store a lot of water.
