Could be beneficial mycorrhizae fungi or root mealys. I would try to scoop some out and smear it between your hands. If it is gooey, its bugs :D

It's not gooey. And I don't see any signs of bugs. The plant looks great and is growing

Powdery mildew. Make sure you have good air circulation around this plant.

Not powdery mildew. Mycorrhizae:)

It's more than likely this, because some soils already have it mixed in

It's in a clear pot with a cover pot that has drainage so it gets good air flow. And the plant is doing great.
