Did you look for pests? Look in crevices and on the back side of the leaves. Get a magnifying glass and a flashlight. Look for small webbing. Also look in the soil.

definitely check for pests! personally, my leaves look like this because my cat is chewing on them 🤦🏼‍♀️ if you have pets, make sure the plant is out of reach or use a deterrent.

It might be mechanical damage that happens if a new leaf gets stuck while it's unfurling. Higher humidity or misting new leaves every few days as they come in can help
