Hiii! My pothos plant and pilea have yellowing leaves. This has never happened to my pothos plant and my pilea is new. I know it’s a sign of overwatering, how should I fix it?

Hi there, gently take the plants out of their pots and remove any black and mushy roots. You could either repot into a nice chunky soil mix or (and this is what i would do) you can prop these guys in water and give them time to let their roots grow
