update to my last post: both have broken off 😭 is there anything i can do to salvage them 🥺🥺

If the ends are mushy or shriveled up, you’ll need to cut them off. I put cinnamon at the cut sections to help prevent disease while it calluses for a couple days. And then plant in soil to grow roots again.

You can cut the mushy part off then put back in soil. I had a branch break off of mine and the broken piece ended up as a propagation.
