# So I’m having problems with my avocado tree,it was happy as a clam…

So I’m having problems with my avocado tree,it was happy as a clam while still in the rooting water. Once transplanted it seemed to go into shock and dropped its leaves, babied it for a while and it got new leaves. Now its leaves have dropped again and the very top is brown and shriveled looking. She has a grow light and  
I water with distilled water when the app suggests, fertilize with miracle grow and mist with distilled water per app instructions… any help is appreciated

My best advice is do not listen to the app when it comes to watering LOL it'll have you killing your plants by the time you water them they'll be dead it kind of sounds like it's underwater?

Number one thing: do NOT follow a watering schedule! You will kill your plants like 🤌 that. What I like to do with the watering schedule is I like to use it as a reminder schedule to check if the soil is dry and ready to be watered. If you want, you can chop all the way back, just make sure there’s a node. Misting is really not that necessary, but you can do it if you want to. Check on the soil as well. Sometimes it can become hydrophobic and become rock hard.

Get a banana peel soak in water for 2h then water ur plant with that water all the nutrients for your plant to grow (potassium micro nutrients and eco friendly)
