# Hi friends! What I think is an anthurium (red flowers) is fading fast…

Hi friends! What I think is an anthurium (red flowers) is fading fast and I need a crash cart. It was so happy in my bright sunny kitchen and then took a nose dive! It was having a hard time before my repot on Thursday, and now it’s just woeful.

It has pretty good draining. Gets a good mist from time to time. Is in soft direct northern light, now in the window.

The soil comp is potting soil with perlite.

Any thoughts?

I know plants sometimes die, but damn it sucks. I hope I can help her!

Edit and addition re: notching

I was wondering if anyone could tell me if I botched my Amate and Rubber trees correct. Thank you in advance :)
