I’ve had this money plant for about three years. Last summer almost all of the leaves and branches on the bottom part of the plant turned yellow \& I took then off. The plant became top-heavy \& stayed that way for a few months. However in the past few weeks it’s starting to list to the side. I’m not sure what to do since it’s healthy.

If the sun is in one direction turn the plant so it grows equally. Aside from staking. The soil may not be compact enough to hold a top heavy plant. You could put a topper like crushed glass or people's to give it some stability that way.
