Hey guys! I’ve decided after successfully growing 3 kids to try my hands at growing something else. I planted these about a week ago. What am I doing wrong? Please help.

For context:  
Citronella (“Nell”)  
Coleus (“Coley”)  
Strawberry (“Shortcake”)
