Hello all! Could someone please tell me what this is/ why this is happening to my watermelon peperomia, and how to fix it? Thank you!

Edited: Could it be pests of some sort?

I would also like to know why.. I have a pothos that has similar growth to some leaves. The only pests that I’m aware that my plant has is fungus gnats
