Does anyone know what are these bumps on my Thanksgiving Cactus? I couldn’t find any pests and the one directly next to it, has no problems. Thanks for any assistance.

Looks like scale, if they come off with your fingernail. You’ll have to remove each one and treat with an insecticide. I do a check and spray every week when mine have scale.

If not, could be edema? But I’m betting is scale.

It looks like edema per googling “blisters on Christmas Cactus.

Agreed. I’d say edema. You can try to aerate the soil to help, or move it away from frequently opening doors or drafty windows or air vents. Don’t remove any affected leaves or it’ll just spread to the next set of leaves. It’s not fatal or anything that can spread to other plants; just has to do with humidity and temperature changes affecting the plant. Keeping it somewhere with a consistent temperature that isn’t at risk of any drafts coming near the plant should help, and making sure your cactus is in well draining soil is also important. I’ve found edema affects epiphytic plants like this the most, so please don’t feel like you’re doing anything wrong. Hope this helps!

It didn’t seem to be improving, so I actually did remove all the affected leaves, and left what was unaffected, and it actually starting growing normally again and started budding and flowering. Thanks!

That’s great. I have over 200 plants and can’t grow a Christmas cactus beyond 6 months. 😁
