# Any tips on this situation? My dieffenbachia has a leaf that is stuck…

Any tips on this situation? My dieffenbachia has a leaf that is stuck inside a leaf that is stuck inside the stem. I’ve misted it, it’s got plenty of humidity and I’ve tried to help it along a little with a q-tip but I feel like if I force it any more it will break. It’s been a while that it’s been struggling here.

depending on how long its been like that, and it its causing damage to the stem and impacted leaves, i would try to get them all out of eachother. better to loose some new leaves than the whole plant, but ultimately its up to you
