I keep getting these spots on my Monstera. I believe they are fungal. Any suggestions on how to best treat? I have new growth and have already replanted it.

Have you used the Planta diagnostic function? Because the symptoms can be indicative of necessity to use particular treatment plan

This happened to me some time back. Most likely it is rust fungus, what worked for me is spraying neem oil and/or some fungicide and wipe them with a soft cloth on all leaves to avoid the fungus to spread. If it is only on a few leaves you might as well cut them. If not just keep spraying/wiping until most of the leaves are healthy and cut the sick ones.

Use a very chunky soil! It will help prevent root rot
