Hi! Was hoping anyone could give advice on our plant. We’ve had some issue with it. The middle is perfectly fine and healthy but any small growths have been dying off. We watered according to Planta but it did not help so we are trying to underwater right now. Please let us know what you think!

It’s thirsty. The wet cycle might not be long enough which could attribute to the drooping. When watering, make sure all of the medium is thoroughly wet. You may need to submerge the pot for a couple seconds to rehydrate the soil - the way it’s clumping makes me think it’s already hydrophobic and is no longer able to absorb properly from top watering (which could explain why it droops even if you water)
