Hello! Some of my plants seem to have issues and I’m not sure how to fix it! Any advice??

In this there is sea lavender, lemon grass, snow peas, and forget me not flowers!

Also, what’s y’all’s advice for when it’s rains heavy for the plants? What’s the best way to prevent root rot?
