My ficus elastica leafs keep falling!? Do I need to change the pot? Help plz, is this normal lol

Could it just be because its cold?

Since ficus elastica are trees, it's very normal for the lower leaves to fall off and the stem to become more bark-like as they go through their secondary growth

For reference, my ficus elastica after about 3-4 years of growth and two adult trees in Greece (pic from Google)
