If it’s a newer plant it’s most likely from overwatering at the store. Variegated leaves are more susceptible to edema. Remove them and it should progress fine. Adding silica can also help. I add a sprinkle of diatomaceous earth on the soil surface for pest control and it adds silica when it’s watered in.

Don’t water using a schedule. Verify the soil needs water before watering. Also, ensure there is good airflow around the plant to help dry out the soil and plant. 🍀🪴
