I think it's a bug, cause I can see them on other leaves as well. Maybe cut the problematic ones out and put some organic pesticide?

Could be a bacterial/fungal infection, have they appeared quite fast? Do you mist/have a humidifier? Without airflow to dry out the water, bacteria and fungus can get on leaves. Also as the other person said, it could be pests but if you touch the infected leaves, do not touch anything else as it can spread to the healthy leaves.

I think it is a sap burn spot it puts out extra sap and it sets on the leaves and hardens and then turns brown it is especially common in philodendrons like the pink princess and white wizard or any variegated philodendron and it happens naturally it isn’t anything you are doing
