Does anyone know what kind of fungus this is? It’s kind of like a white ish green color. Google said it was harmless to my plants but I just want to make sure. I had gotten this bag of soil and didn’t open it for a while. Then when I opened the bag, there was a bunch of this fungus.

Not sure about the fungus, but I keep my soil in an air-tight plastic bin so that it's not exposed to the elements or gets infected with pests (found an entire ant colony once! Lol)
