Hard to tell from the pic. Looks like yellowing and drooping? Too much water.

I don’t water much. And it was doing okay. It get indirect light

I think it might be because of the pot it is planted directly inside the decorative pot. I recommend repotting into a nursery pot (clear is the best) and a chunky soil mix.

I had the same issue and just repotted mine today. The leaves are yellow on one of the stems. Some areas in the soil didn’t draining properly and caused one of the bulbs to rot. You might have to remove some soil to see if there is root rot.
