I’d put a layer of misquote bits on top of the soil

I’ve had a lot of success with diluted hydrogen peroxide. Mix 1 part peroxide with 4 parts water, thoroughly wet the soil, either with a watering can or a spray bottle until it starts coming out the drainage holes. It may take about 1 month to see results.

What everyone else said. But also, the thing that really solved my problem was replacing the soil. Make sure to do it outside so that the flies that are disturbed don’t end up flying into other plants.

NeemMAX. It’s formulated to be used as a drench too. Works great
