Help! These are on my outdoor mixed flower pot. Confined to one, just noticed today and sprayed with Arber insecticide. Of course, it rained an hour later. I’ll treat again when the rain passes tomorrow. Can anyone help ID these guys?

I believe it is a stink bug nymph.

Brown marmorated stink bug nymph. They are invasive and considered an agricultural pest, but they are totally harmless to humans. They aren't affected by most pesticides at this point, so the best way to control them is attracting natural predators (assassin bugs, spiders, and certain parasitoid wasps are the main ones). You'll have best results if you minimize spraying, add some nectar flowers, and maybe release a few native mantids (which can be bought for pest control. You might need to wait a year or two on that since they could be harmed by the pesticide)
