I have no idea what that is unfortunately, also regaurding dragon trees, why are my dragons trees tips brown and dry??

Maybe a watering issue. Are you overwatering?

I know these guys loose their bottom leaves as they grow. This gives them that unique stalky appearance.

But since this is at the top of the plant I would look into watering and fertilizer
