I was gifted these air plants and I have noticed small white dots on them. They do not look like mealy bugs? Should I be concerned?

Here are a few I just pulled off the web. You can use screws and twine or D-ring picture hangers. I think it would make a great statement piece. I’m sure you can find tons of ideas on Pinterest.
