One of my orchid leafs looks like this, all the other ones look fine so I am not sure if I am under or over watering or why it’s dying. Could someone help me with this please?

Have you checked the roots for rot? Do that, trim off any bad roots, and repot if it’s not flowering. I find my orchids succeed best in orchid bark (smaller chips).

To water, submerge the inner clear pot to the base of the plant and let it soak in lukewarm water for 5-10 minutes let it drain a few minutes before putting it in the decorative pot. When all tells you to water again, wait another day or two to ensure it’s dry, then water again.

I recommend a liquid fertilizer for orchids once a month.

The light situation looks fine, and I would go ahead and trim the spike all the way back, especially if it doesn’t have flowers so it can focus on roots and leaves. Be prepared that this will probably take a few months to bounce back.
