Hi, I’ve never dealt with pests before - I just got a new money tree and I’m concerned that this is pest damage. What do you guys think?

I’m far from an expert but that looks very similar to the spider mite damage on my money tree. I use a flashlight to check for webs. Either way, might wanna do a treatment anyways even if you can’t spot any pests just in case

Dang! What type of treatment would you recommend?

You can just dilute some isopropyl alcohol and put it in a spray bottle with a couple of drops of dish soap (I prefer Castile soap though if you have it). Spray it on each leaf top and bottom and wipe them down. Then I soak the leaves in the solution and leave it to dry under a fan. I usually repeat every week or so during an active outbreak. Again, this is just the way I do it so defs do some research to see what will work best for you.

Thank you!
