My birds nest fern was beautiful when I brought her home, but has slowly been getting brown spots and tips. She’s mostly inside, but I do put her outside from time to time in a shaded spot that gets sunlight. Any ideas on what she needs?

I would say to give this more consistent conditions. Going in and outside can be stressful to your plant.
