What kind of light is it getting?

Yes, not enough light, no fenestrations.

Maybe consider getting a grow light for it.

It was in part sun part shade in a south facing window. It’s now in the same light but in a NE facing window, it seemed to be worse in the south facing! Thanks for all your help!!

I got a Sansi grow light and it really helps.
