What happened to my aloe?! It was gorgeous for about 6 months and suddenly started to drop out wide and the arms just fall off…

Root rot. Looks like your soil doesn’t have much drainage (like perlite added to it) so at some point it stayed wet for too long and then rot would have started even if you let it dry out completely at some point after the rot would continue.

Thanks, all. I think I neglected to remove the drainage hole stoppers a time or two. 😫
