If you want fuller monestera, a moss pole helps. But otherwise, fertilize every 2-3 weeks, bright light, and good watering schedule. I can't really see what's up with the BOP , besides it looks dry lacking humidity from that pic

I don’t know anything about a BOP, but the monsteras look very thirsty.
