# Help! Weird mold on my Lipstick plant Got this plant about two weeks…

Help! Weird mold on my Lipstick plant  
Got this plant about two weeks ago it was doing ok at first there were some dead leaves but I wasn't worried about it and trimmed them off now there's a lot more dead leaves and I'm finding blue mold on some leaves not sure what's wrong or how to save it please help I watered it about a week ago from the bottom

Oh no! I’m sorry to hear this. I’m still new but maybe stop watering it for a little bit? It could also be from low light perhaps. If it does stop maybe you can propagate some of the healthy leaves! You could also just remove the molded parts and maybe there’s something online you can get or something you can make to help treat the mold! I’m sorry about your plant I hope this helps!

I just cut back all the moldy leaves so it looks a lot better now I'm just hoping it isn't in the soil

If it were me I’d repot the plant. I’d thoroughly wash the pot you have it in right now, and replace it all with new soil
