Olive tree yellowing! I took on a neighbours olive tree today and have noticed there are yellow leaves with black spots. I want to give it a good home and am not sure what the problem is? Google suggests too much water, not enough water or pests? How do I tell which it is and how to help? Any advice greatly appreciated ☺️

I’m not sure, but when I asked the Planta dr they said I had thrips. Read this link and see what you think.
