I found this plant when it was a pot I don’t know what it is but it looks like it’s dying can I save it?

He's super dehydrated and possibly already dead. If a long (20 minutes to a full day) bottom-watering soak doesn't revive him, he's toast. Same goes for the other crispy friend you posted
