This was a gift that had 3 succulents in one small pot.  
I separated it, and the other two are fine but this little guy keeps yellowing??!  
The leaves are mushy, but the roots were fine, so I don’t want to over water ?!

I've put my succulent on the sunniest window and it's still not enough. Had to buy grow lights for them. Btw I live in NY

Succulent with mushy yellow leaves is overwatered.

Soil is dry, roots are fine - no rot 🤷‍♀️

Yes those can all be fine, but it can still be overwatered. But eventually they will succumb. Look up “succulent with yellow mushy leaves”.
