Hey yall trying to revive this dying basically dead basil plant…. Any tips 😬😆

I bought it from the super market and it was already looking pretty rough but I fear I may be doing something wrong.

Ohhh… it looks like the stem is already weak so I’m not sure if you can save it 😬 I had the same situation before with my basil but it was because I hadn’t watered it for a week. I water it every day now with a spray bottle and it’s healthy now. The soil looks moist in your picture but just make sure to water it every day.

Also, it might not fully recover enough to eat but you can try to keep it alive until it drops seeds.

Yeah i would leave that and start again fresh 😆 basil can be so temperamental for me
