# First Beryll, then, 5 days of rain. Now, 5 more days of rain to top…

First Beryll, then, 5 days of rain. Now, 5 more days of rain to top off the first 5 days and triggering daily Flash Flood Watches. I’ve seen enough of July! I spend my days ushering tree frogs and toads out the back door after they follow the dogs inside looking for dry land and a/c. I spend a lot of time picking snails off my plants and windows. ☔️🐌

Thank you. This old girl is a fighter. The picture shows her current size. My dog is about 3 feet long for comparison.

So much work, I hate how rainy it has been, and then it doesn’t even cool it down and we’re back to 80-90 degrees with 90% humidity

That’s so true! High temperatures except for late at night when the a/c stops. Then, the humidity takes over. My ceiling fans run 24 all day.

Mine too, I feel like I use more electricity with ceiling fans than with the a/c
