The stem on my plant isn’t green anymore. is this bad?

the rest of my plant seems perfectly healthy. it’s probably due for a repotting, but in the two years i’ve had it, it still produces healthy green leaves and its never been sick and hasn’t ever had bugs.

the stem stopped being green a long time ago(like a year or so) but i thought id ask for some feedback as to what it could mean

It’s called a woody stem. Plants usually get it when they get older
