Monstera help!

Is the pot too big?
Why do the leaves grow but the. Turn black?
Should I prune off stems?
The smaller plant isn’t thriving but it was exciting because I propagated it myself last year.
Should I separate them and give them each smaller pots? Or add more monstera plants to this pot?
Pot is about 4 feet from a grow light and away from drafts.
Soil is slightly moist a few inches below surface.
TIA!

I am not a monstera pro so I can’t give a ton of suggestions but the pot looks way too big imo

I believe monsteras prefer to be in smaller pots than you’d think. A tip I heard was to have them in a pot that’s 1/3 to 1/2 the width of the leaves it’s growing ☺️

I love a good rule of thumb to follow like that! Downsizing the pot seems appropriate! Thank you!

I'd check for pests. That looks like damage vs a humidity issue. Pots real big. You can scoop out a bit of a well near each plant base, so the water focuses on the root areas and doesn't just get sucked up by surrounding. If you don't find pests if treat it for fungal
