# Does anyone know what’s going on here? He’s outside, covered porch,…

Does anyone know what’s going on here? He’s outside, covered porch, north facing. I don’t see any bugs - this popped up overnight! 😩 I should mention it’s super hot and humid here and he needed to be watered sooner than usual last time - I fear I let him go too long without as I’m terrified of overwatering him. TIA.

To me it just looks like regular mechanical damage, especially if it’s outside, could’ve just been a little critter jumping on it

🤬I’m really attached to this guy. Is there anything I should do about it? Wipe him with neem oil or something?

Aww haha no you’re good, mechanical damage is just normal for plants, it won’t go away on leaves it’s already happened to. Think of it like scars on you, they just happen throughout life and tell a story
