The pic is blurry but it looks like this plant just sprouted? Soil looks dry. If it’s dry, give it some water and bright indirect light

It might be shocked. Sometimes if u transfer it from a place where its colder to a place that's warmer the plant gets shocked and it dies. That might be what's happening 2 ur plant. It happend to my lemon balm
