Looking for good soil brand recommendations? Began my first plants with soil that contained miracle grow (my mistake) fungus gnat galore. Switched too Rosy soil. And I’ve had good luck! Just looking for any other recommendations you guys have had luck with!

I’ve had good luck with RepotMe’s substrates. I’ve used them for my monsteras, holiday cactus \& peperomia.  
I’ve also had good luck with Molly’s Aroid Mix for my Hoyas.  
I prefer RepotMe because you can get very small or very large bags. I like not having to buy a giant bag when I only need enough for one small pot.

Rosy is a good reasonably priced soil. If you are looking for a light and chunky soil try Molly’s. I use Molly’s as the base for soils that I use in amendments in. But it’s good just as is. Especially for Monstera and those requiring a chunky light mix. Which is most tropical plants. Happy growing!

Happy frog is my fave. 1/1/1 soil, perlite, orchid bark.
