# Any ideas as to what could be going on with her? Was doing…

Any ideas as to what could be going on with her? Was doing exceptionally well until she’s been slowly turning color over the past couple of months. My suspicion is that it’s too hot for her on my porch right now. Roots look great and I really don’t think it’s a watering issue. (soil is wet because I watered her yesterday when I checked her roots)

I’ve failed with two of these, from what I can tell they need high humidity to prevent them from drying out.

I live in Southwest Florida and would be shocked if mine was a humidity issue.

Edit: current humidity 87%

I had the same thing happen to mine. However mine was placed near an Ac return and I feel like it was too much dry air getting sucked past it and drying it out

Yea that’s the crazy part. It’s not dry it’s just turned that color…

My soil was damp when it happened which stumped me. I tried moving it outside but it still died. Not sure what happened but it was a really cool plant
