Hi! I recently repotted my Z plant and the soil has gotten kinda moldy. Is this due to the small drainage hole or something else?

It's completely normal. If you don't like the way it looks just stir up the soil a bit on the top 😊🪴

I would however make sure you aren't over watering this plant. That will cause it to die quicker than anything else.
